Fall on Benoir

I put my daughter to bed last night, and lay down in the next room for what was to be a few minutes.

10 hours later, I awoke, fully clothed, with no picture posted for today. Gasp!

I panicked, and quickly ran down to the computer in the wee hours to post this one.

The leaves have a burnt out quality to them this year, due to the severe lack of rainfall we've had in the area. I'm going back north in a few weeks, and I have a feeling that the spectacular colours I've been used to won't be arriving this year.
