In my Wake

This is Chillax, my 22 year old boat which still (thanks to a rather expensive motor rebuild) can rock and roll across the lake!

Hope the quality is ok - this came out of my mother-in-law's camera. I was, as usual, driving the boat so taking pictures is difficult to say the least.

Thanksgiving Weekend, which was rainy, dark and cold. Got home in very warm clothes to find out that everyone in the city was wearing shorts and t-shirts, and I had to turn on the air conditioning to sleep - in OCTOBER!

Put Chillax away for the winter this weekend just past. I had built a shelter in the spot where my grandmother used to have her potato patch. Hey, it was clear, right? The old outhouse was over there too at one point.

Bad idea over all - Chillax has already sunk halfway to her trailer axles, and if I had another place to put her, I would do it. I don't know how I'm gonna get her out in the spring. I'll update in May sometimes....
