Poutine!

It may not be the sharpest picture, but I could hardly do a series on my Quebec City trip without the culinary masterpiece.

May have lent to my 4 pound weight gain during the week, however.

If you've never had it - you gotta try it. I don't, however, recommend it on a regular basis.

French fries with cheese curds and gravy. Yum.
